The location of Capsule Hotel J Garden Shin-Osaka posed a hefty walk from Shin-Osaka station, especially late at night. The Capsule Room for Female I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, and the bed had a firm yet comfortable mattress. Staff were polite and accommodating, despite a language barrier. Enjoyed the convenient charging points and the black-out curtain for privacy. The communal bathrooms were clean, and I appreciated the good selection of toiletries. However, I found the lighting in the capsules too bright at night, making it hard to sleep, and there was no fan, leaving it quite stuffy. Also, the locker situation felt untrustworthy as there weren't enough to securely store my suitcase. It was inconvenient to have to leave the hotel between 10 AM and 3 PM every day, as well. Overall, while certain aspects enhanced my stay, some significant issues detracted from it.

I found the capsules to be uncomfortably warm due to centralized air conditioning, which made my nights restless. Additionally, the locker situation was concerning, as I had to leave my suitcase out in the open since the lockers were too small. It was also quite noisy at times, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

I really enjoyed my stay at Capsule Hotel J Garden Shin-Osaka! The cleanliness of the shared areas was impressive, and I loved the shower facilities and the onsen experience, especially since they were welcoming to guests with tattoos. The amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were great touches too.
The capsules were a bit stuffy at times.
